Myself (Pedro) and my business partner (Michelle) we both went to a chef academy and have worked in the food industry for around 9 years.

After all these years of experience and the vision of owning our own business we have decided to take the adventure of opening Budare which is just how we thought it would be. A small place where we can proudly reproduce a piece of Venezuela and Latin America.

Budare is a place where you can enjoy a variety of home made carefully selected dishes which were thought to remind home and good memories to our Venezuelan & Latin America community here in the UK which year by year grow, also to introduce our cuisine and a bit of our culture to the great people here in the UK.

Lastly but not least we want to say massive thank you to everyone who support us because your support is the only thing that would make us succeed!
