AREPAS
The traditional Venezuelan corn bread round, flat and filled with a variety of savoury fillings. It’s a must try and the good part is that they are gluten free so everyone can enjoy them.
EMPANADA
Half moon shape corn flour dough stuffed with a variety of savoury fillings. This is a very popular dish in Venezuela and the best way to eat them is putting sauce after each bite. Delicious!!!
TEQUEÑOS
The so called finger food. Crispy cheese fingers pastries, made of a dough and Venezuelan white cheese. In Venezuela there isn’t any party without tequeños.
PABELLÓN
The national dish for excellence. Shredded beef, rice, black beans, ripe plantain & grated Venezuelan cheese. So many flavors involved and we are confidence that you will felt in love too.
